Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:
Standard Delivery
- Timeframe: 2-5 business days
- Cost: Free for orders over AED 100. A delivery fee of AED 10 will be charged for orders below AED 100.
Delivery Locations
We deliver across the UAE, including major cities and remote areas. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped during our business hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order status through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If you are unavailable, they will contact you to reschedule.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, your order will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
